Jackson Werner Homes has the experience and the team to build your dream home. We are a full-service contractor and understand that this is most likely your biggest investment, and the place that you will spend majority of your time. This can put additional pressure on decision making particularly if you are new to the process of construction. We are here to guide you through all aspects of the process of building your new home.
Starting from the beginning of the design stage, we will direct you to our list of preferred design contractors who can provide you with complete architectural & structural drawings, interior design, and specification for mechanical & electrical. They will work with you to take your ideas to drawings, and then to plans. We will assist with things like ergonomics with our have years of experience knowing what works in each room of a house so that it flows together. Or if we come in to implement the plans you’ve already developed, we will step in at whatever stage you are at and bring our construction expertise to deliver the highest quality home for your budget.
If you have already chosen your property and had your house designed, we can work as general contractor and coordinate our outsourced team of skilled tradesman and craftsman to put all the pieces in place with expert precision. Depending on the needs of the project we schedule and coordinate all aspects of the job from land preparation, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, sound systems and other technology, security systems, landscaping, fine cabinetry, granite work, plumbing, and everything else that is required to finish the home to your exacting specifications.
We believe in a realistic approach to defining the scope of your unique build and will work to the framework of your budget. We also define the timeline and critical steps of scheduling and will handle all aspects of the project to ensure that we deliver the home of your dreams. Each budget brings different options, so we will work with you allowing you to choose a wide range of materials, fixtures, paint and other things that truly make your home unique to you.
In all stages of building your home, we keep you up to date on the timeline and estimated date of finishing each stage. If you want to make changes as we progress, we are there to set up important check points when final decisions need to be made, where there is still some flexibility without costly repercussions. There will be no surprises along the way, and you can plan your moving day into your new home with confidence it will be ready.
