For over 10 years, John Goossen and Andrew Cornelsen have been providing quality-built homes in the Greater Vancouver area and South Surrey.

John Goossen at a young age learned how to build from his Father, who worked in the construction industry. Combined with an MBA, John brings extensive organizational skills, project management expertise, knowledge of systems and experience as r,a builder to JW Homes.

At the root of John’s success is his ability to discern what is needed for a project and how information needs to flow . He has a critical eye, and the knowledge of construction to bring together the component parts needed to deliver on exacting specifications to build the best quality homes. John’s highly honed approach to scheduling and project management, combined with his depth of relationships and reputation within the construction industry is the reason why JW Homes projects run so smoothly.

When John created JW Homes, Andrew Cornelsen joined him as the Site Supervisor and Project Manager. Andrew, who runs much of the day-to-day construction on site, not only brings years of experience and expertise in general contracting; but, also has an acute eye for quality finishing. He brings a background of skills including framing, tiling & plumbing. Andrew’s passion is to not just get the job done, but to get it done right for the client. He is a great communicator and believes that each opportunity to work with a client is to not just to build a house, but to deliver a home.
